The event is organised by the Estonian Convention Bureau and Enterprise Estonia, Estonian Tourist Board to give you an opportunity to experience Estonia as a meeting destination, to feel and smell the country, to meet key suppliers.
Who are invited?
50 Meeting planners from all over Europe who organize trips for 100 participants or more and are not yet familiar with Estonia as a meeting destination.
Costs
The costs (flights, accommodation, meals and program) will be covered by the Enterprise Estonia, Estonian Tourist Board.
What will happen?
There will be different programs for PCOs and associations and for those who are involved in incentives and conferences both set up in the program. You'll explore the fascinating milieu of Medieval Tallinn Old Town, visit appropriate conference venues, mix and mingle with key suppliers, sample the local delicious cuisine etc.
