Ammende Villa Restaurant has won the titles Best Service 2005 and Best Gourmet Restaurant at the Silverspoon Gastronomy Competition. It serves food made of fresh local ingredients. Fish is bought from local Pärnu fishermen, quail from the Järveotsa Farm near Tartu, vegetables from local fields and herbs are grown in the villa's own herb garden. The varied menu contains a broad selection of seafood, local beef and lamb dishes, vegetarian meals and mouth-watering desserts. The historical atmosphere of our dining hall, warmed by wood-burning furnaces, makes it the perfect place for dinner in autumn and winter.
