Bog- and snowshoeing in Meenikunno bog

We meet around lunchtime in the parking lot of Liipsaare hut by the Meenikunno bog. After gathering and receiving instructions, we head out for a couple of hours for a hike in untouched nature. The journey goes through the compelling and varied Meenikunno landscape protection area. The guide talks about the unusual nature of this "hanging bog", bog mummies, traditions, meteorites and the mysterious life of plants and bugs in the bog.
