Find out how bread used to be made in the olden days!

This fun and practical workshop will teach you everything you ever need to know about making bread at home. The lady of the farm goes over all of the stages involved, right through to the bread coming out of the oven and you getting to taste the various kinds along with a cup of herbal tea!

While the dough is rising, visitors are taken on a short but invigorating walk to Padise Convent. We also offer soup alongside bread that has just come out of the oven.

The bread-making workshop also makes for an enjoyable mid-seminar break.
