Café Riia is located near the state border that runs through the centre of Valga-Valka.
There are 28 seats in the restaurant and a 16-seat terrace outside.
Fresh salads, pastries and cakes made on the premises are always waiting for you.
We will also deliver pizzas, pancakes and daily specials to you at home.
A selection of twists is also available be pre-order.
