Standing atop one of the tallest sand dunes on the northern shore of Lake Peipus is the Cumulus beach house. Located in such a unique position, you cannot reach it by car — you have to climb about 50 steps to get up the sand dune. The house, which is just 30 m from a sandy beach and on a moss-covered dune, enjoys stunning views of the lake. It is spacious and perfect for holidays, seminars or other get-togethers. There is a fireplace hall (which can be divided in two and used for seminars or parties), a kitchen, 7 bedrooms and a sauna. You can also relax in the hot tub.
