See photos (7) The disc golf park at Tartu County Recreational Sports Centre has nine baskets. Half of the park was completed in 2010 and the other half in the summer of 2018. The park is suitable for both beginners and more experienced players because there are both short and more complicated courses. The courses are located in a beautiful forest park. The total length of the courses is 717 meters and the start and end are located close to the main building.
You can rent discs on site during the opening hours of the Tartu County Recreational Sports Centre. The price list is available here.
Wheelchair access
When coming from Tartu, Valga, or Viljandi, head towards Elva city centre from the highway and turn to Puiestee tänav from the shopping centre. Cross the railway and drive straight towards the cemetary. There, continue on the forest path for a kilometre across Pulga stream and pass the Vaikne Lake. When coming from Võru, Põlva, or Otepää, turn towards Elva in Pangodi. Cross the Elva River, turn left three times, and take Lootuse tänav and Vaikne tänav. When coming to Elva by train or bus, take Vaikne or Pargi and Puiestee tänav from the railway station. The centre is 3 km from the railway station.
