Connected to Lake Arbi and its beachfront recreation area, which has a platform with a fountain, deck chairs, hammocks, table tennis, outdoor chess, and play area, the central square offers comfortable leisure activities for children and adults alike.
The heart of Elva was completed in December 2019.
In the immediate vicinity of Elva Central Square are the Elva Culture Centre and the historical Elva Railway Station.
