Saunamaa in Võru County is like a separate sauna village, offering different saunas with their charms and specialities. The cave sauna is a smoke sauna, built totally or partially inside the earth. The last known cave saunas were found in the southern part of Estonia early last century. It is thought that the cave sauna was the predecessor of the smoke sauna; cave saunas were built when log buildings weren't known yet. We are one of the sauna enthusiasts in Estonia who have built a cave sauna.
The package includes a unique experience in a cave sauna and accommodation in Nogo Tourist Farm. There's also a surprise!
