The centuries-old and winding Postal Road takes you to the Varbuse postal station, built in 1863, where a stable for 33 horses stood once and regular postal services were offered. Today, the old but well preserved postal station buildings house the Estonian Road Museum.

The open-air exhibition environment of the "Teeaeg" (Road Time) exhibition is breaking boundaries. Upon entering the unique exhibition environment, you see road signs that you cannot see on the roads today. Cross-sections of pavements allow you to see the secrets of road construction. The Historical Road Space includes sections of roads from different places of Estonia and Livonia. You can feel the different periods when walking on these roads.
