The Café Nikolai Lehtla is an enjoyable quiet and elegant place to relax. We offer hearty food and drink at an affordable price for czars, presidents, prime ministers and, of course, regular citizens. Legend has it that the café is located on the site of a gazebo belonging to Czar Nicholas II where he would sip his beer on hot summer days. Nicholas II is reported to have been a pleasant man, and we, too, hold him in great esteem –  not as a ruler, but as someone who appreciated good food and drink.
