A new two-storey sauna and pool centre – the Estonia Termid Spa – opened in the Park building of the Estonia Medical Spa Hotel in 2008. You can go for a swim in one or both of the two swimming pools and enjoy massage jets and cascading showers. There is also a special children's swimming pool. You can relax in the centre's luxurious saunas – from the Hamam steam sauna complex and Sento area with its salt and steam saunas and Japanese swimming pool to a Kneipp therapy or water walking track, massage baths, vichy showers and a hot Finnish sauna. You can access the Estonia Termid Spa as a guest of the hotel or buy a 3-hour pass. Visitors are also welcome to relax in the spa's cafe.
