There is an extraordinary amount of space in Estonia per capita - more than half of the country is home to Mother Nature alone, swathed in forests, misty bogs and rock-strewn beaches. There are very few places in Europe that are as pristine and untouched as Estonia.

The Estonian Museum of Natural History invites you to journeys – our exhibitions tell stories about the nature of Estonia and help you interpret its secret talks.

The Museum of Natural History holds several exhibitions every year. Our hall of the sea and rivers opens a door to the fascinating aquatic world. The hall of forests welcomes you with a rich display of mammals, birds and insects. In the Room of Discoveries, you can touch, hear, watch and smell the world as animals sense it.

An audio guide is available in Estonian, Russian, English and Finnish.
