Indie folk-rock band Ewert and the Two Dragons has been selected as a European Border Breakers Awards winner for 2013 and will perform at the EBBA ceremony in January.
It was announced last week that the four-piece would play at the ceremony on January 9 in Groningen, Netherlands, hosted by Jools Holland.
The four-piece band, whose second album "Good Man Down" propelled the band to international attention, is currently touring North America. They finished up their dates in the South on Saturday and will close the tour with gigs in Toronto, Boston, Philadelphia and New York this week.
The EBBA Awards, funded by the EU Culture program, are designed to stimulate cross-border success of debuting European artists.
