Good to know: You should definitely sample some of the freshly squeezed juices. In 1825, the first mud resort was built on the shores of Gulf Eeslahe in Haapsalu at the initiative of dr. Hunnius; the place was also called Bergfeldt.

Old town of Haapsalu is marked with signs for tourists, facilitating finding your way around. Follow the "Fra Mare" and "Paralepa beach" signs to find your destination. If you're driving, go first to Jaama Street, then to the Railway Station from the ringroad. Then to Kiltsi road and soon you will see the "Fra Mare" sign.
