The Haapsalu city centre is equipped with tourist signs that make it easy to find your way. Just follow the signs to Fra Mare or the Paralepa Beach. When driving, take Jaama Street, then from the ring road toward the Railway Station. Once you pass the station you will arrive at Kiltsi Rd, and you’ll soon see signs for Fra Mare.
