Sample menu for the fun & inspiring cooking class ‘Brief insight into Estonian kitchen’:
- Fried Baltic herring with potatoes and egg sauce
- Smoked rack of lamb with seasonal vegetables
- Rye flour foam with sweetened milk and berries
We teach different culinary skills techniques and provide different tips.
We welcome groups (minimum of 10 people) all year round.
The example price is meant for a group of up to 10 people; each subsequent participant costs another 72 euros.
The class lasts for 3 hours and is carried out in English.
