It offers maps of the local area and brochures about the town, Lääne County and other parts of Estonia. There is also a wide range of souvenirs to choose from and you can buy tickets to local cultural events via Piletilevi.
There is a terminal outside the building from which tourist information is available 24 hours a day.
Haapsalu is primarily known as a resort town. It is famous for its mud therapy and for its unique lace scarves. Information about all of this and more is available from Haapsalu Tourist Information Centre.
