The houses are located in a quiet region of private houses, 4 km from the centre and main beach of Pärnu. There is a quiet local beach for swimming and sunbathing located only 800 m from the holiday houses. In the garden there are safe parking spaces, barbecue sites and sufficient room for children. In Teeny there are 6 sleeping places on two floors plus a sauna and air conditioner. There is no sauna in Loora, but it is possible to provide separate accommodation there for two families (4 and 5 sleeping places); both of them will have separate toilets, showers and kitchen niches.
