The horse carriage museum is at Pilkuse farm manor, 8 km from Otepää. Its exhibits include carriages, buggies and sleighs and all of the equipment that comes with them. There are also military, ambulance and firefighting carriages on display. The pearl of the museum's collection is a Gladstone Coach, while there are also a lot of farming tools to admire. There is plenty to see at the museum, much of which is unlikely to have been preserved in other parts of Estonia.
