Japanese Restaurant Haku

The kitchen of this authentic Japanese family restaurant is managed by the owner of the place, chef Shuichi Shiraishi, who is from Japan and accredited by the Japanese government. His Estonian wife takes care of the visitors who are greeted with high-quality Japanese dishes and a warm welcome.

Shuichi Shiraishi has worked as the head chef at Japanese embassies, the best restaurants around the world, and the Michelin-star winning restaurant Bulgari.

The private restaurant can accommodate up to 18 people, who are offered both classical and modern Japanese dishes. Japanese cookery courses are also carried out.
