The Museum and Library are located in the new gatehouse of Kadriorg Palace that was built in 1828 by command of Czar Nicholas I.

At the museum, you can see various materials about the park: layout, photos, newspapers, magazines, posters, memorabilia, etc. The museum regularly hosts thematic exhibitions, such as photography exhibitions, garden projects of the Flower Festival, compositions made of natural materials, or roses growing in the park.

The library on the first floor of the building focuses on landscaping, botany, horticulture and other issues related to similar topics.

In addition, it has publications on other Estonian parks, as well as parks abroad.
