Kihnu Sea Party

The festival originates from the good old tradition of the Fishermen Day, but includes everything that concerns life on the island of Kihnu.
Kihnu folklore, handicraft and traditions were entered into the UNESCO's list of Masterpieces of Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity. The Sea Party of Kihnu is the biggest event on the island, introducing all of it to the guests as well.

The Sea Party features: local handicrafts and national food fair and workshops, concerts by the children and guests of Kihnu, many competitions for children, fishermen and sportsmen, evening concerts and dance parties.
