See photos (13) Kivisilla waterfall, on the grounds of Saka Manor, is one of the many cascades along the northern coast of Estonia. Along with Valaste waterfall, it is one of the most accessible and spectacular waterfalls in Ida-Viru County, attractive year-round for its height and terraces. There is a staircase leading down from the waterfall to the beach.

Camping area
You can park your car in the Saka Manor Hotel parking lot or near it. Then walk to the song stadium, pass it, and walk until you reach a small bridge. Cross the bridge and soon you will see stairs on your left by the sea. From there, you can get to the beach. Kivisilla waterfall is located east of the stairs. It is marked with signposts.
