The holiday house is a great place for parties or relaxing getaways. Its large party room and kitchenette have enough room for up to 50 people, while the terrace can host events for groups of up to 60. The holiday house is in a private location well removed from the hustle and bustle of roads and cities, making it a great place to stay with friends and family without interruption.

Driving from Tartu, continue around 55 km in the direction of Räpina. When you reach Leevaku, turn right at the intersection and then immediately to the left. Drive past the Leevaku store and across the bridge and continue for around 1 km, then turn left. You will see a sign for 'Kopra puhkemaja' and a wooden beaver statue. Continue along the unsealed road for around 500 m all the way to the end and here we are! Coming from Võru, drive 38 km in the direction of Räpina until you come to an intersection where you see a road sign marked 'Leevaku 4,5'. Take this Leevaku road and drive for a further 3.5 km until you see a sign on the right-hand side of the road for the holiday house with the image of a beaver. Turn off onto the marked road and continue down it for 0.5 km until you reach the end.
