This cafe, which was established during the era of the Estonian kroon, holds dear the memory and name of the country's own currency. The interior design has all the elegance of the first period of Estonian independence, whilst also sporting contemporary ethno touches.
Kroon Cafe offers quintessentially Estonian dishes. We put our menu together so as to ensure that the components are easy to identify, the flavours are genuine and that all of the ingredients, where possible, are sourced locally.
Dishes that became truly popular at parties and in restaurants in the 1920s - such as roast pork with sauerkraut and potato salad - are available at the cafe... albeit in a slightly new interpretation!
