The Mahedik cafe is the first in Pärnu to offer organic food. The menu offers dishes which use fresh and primarily Estonian ingredients, as well as wholegrain bakery products and cakes and gateaux. We look to offer constantly changing dishes made from seasonal and locally grown ingredients, and want to prove that healthy eating can and is tasty. If it's growing in the fields in the morning, we'll have it on the table by lunch time!
