The tradition of making soup round a campfire comes from Hungary, where it is called 'bogracs'. The typical ingredients are different kinds of meat, although fish and vegetables are also used, which attain their lightly smoked flavour while being cooked over the open flame. Kallaste farm gives you the chance to get together with a group of friends and try your own hand at this ancient tradition, learning more about Hungarian cuisine as you do - and of course enjoying a delicious bowl or two of soup!
