Take the Võru-Valga road to Rõuge. There is a signpost "Arossa Villa" on the right side of the road after the Kusma bus stop. Turn left from there and drive 1.2 km on the gravel road, when you reach the crossing, turn left again and you'll be in the yard of Arossa Villa.
