According to the legend Piret, the wife of Suur Tõll, was carrying rocks to Audla for a sauna stove that was being built. Unfortunately her apron strings were torn and a rock hit her foot. She started crying because of all the pain and sadness. Her tears dropped all around and formed into a bog. The bog is still called the Naistesoo, 'The Women's Bog' in Estonian. Good to know: The Boulder is 6.1 m long, 5.8 m wide, 3.8 m high and its circumference is 17.9 m.
