Getting there
Kivisaare farm is 65 km from Tallinn - an hour's drive away. Take the St Petersburg highway out of Tallinn past the Jägala overpass (ca 20 km) and then turn off to the right. When you reach Aegviidu, cross the railway crossing and drive on a further 2 km to the Nikerjärve bus stop, where you will see a sign pointing you in the direction of the stables. If you are coming from the direction of Paide, the Nikerjärve bus stop is 5 km from Jäneda in the direction of Tallinn. If you are coming by train, get off at Aegviidu and follow the Piibe road for 1.5 km to Nikerjärve. If you are coming by bus, get off at the Nikerjärve bus stop.
