Stroomi beach is a child-friendly, sand-covered swimming beach in northern Tallinn. Children can have fun on the playground, drive mini electric cars or jump on the trampoline. The beach also has areas for ball games, an open-air gym, 2 outdoor cafes, and an ice-cream truck.

The beach has its own changing cabins, lockers, beach chair hire, and showers. 

Stroomi beach is a popular place for barbecues and picnics. In addition to the beach facilities and playgrounds, it has lit bicycle tracks, sports fields, and several cafés.

Good to know: Beach patrol operates during the swimming season.

Good promenade

There is a wooden walking platform along the coastline and an observation tower. There were lots of ducks, and I saw a roe deer also. I walked beside a stream from the Mustjoe bus stop to the beach...

Great location

Easy access from Tallinn town on number 40 bus. Very shallow long beach, so excellent for paddling and small children. Fine to walk out to deeper waters to swim. Lots of yellow benches, some with...

Always entertaining

Huge fan of Stroomi Rand used to visit often when l lived in Estonia. Great for walks, chilling sports and barbecue's just recently met with friends for a reunion so many fond memories.
