During the marsh shoe hike in Tänavjärv marsh, you will see the different fen spots among dunes that the locals call 'puddles' and that are some of the most interesting parts of Läänemaa-Suursoo. You will also hike on a treeless marsh and between swamp pools. At the end of the hike, you will get to Lake Tänavjärv and go for a swim in the clean water of the marsh lake if the weather is good. The hike will also show you what the landscape looks like after massive fires and how nature recovers.
