The Museum of Coastal Folk studies the heritage of the local coastal people. It is situated in the village of Pringi in a cosy old school house. Its exhibition hall has fascinating displays on the history and lives of coastal people throughout the ages, with a good dash of sea salt and tar for flavour! The maritime-themed playroom gives kids the chance to dress up as sea captains or mermaids and learn some mariner's wisdom. The museum shop offers a wide range of gifts and souvenirs and a good selection of books. When buying a ticket it is a good idea to purchase a joint ticket which will also grant you entry to Viimsi Open Air Museum.
