Tallinn Music Week
Tallinn Music Week is one of the biggest indoor music festivals in the Baltic-Nordic region that has the ambition of showing the world what an incredible pool of talent Estonia has to offer.
Tallinn Music Week will present a line-up of around 200 artists from Estonia and across Europe, so it is a perfect weekend to visit early springtime Tallinn during three days and nights full of good music in Tallinn’s best clubs, concert venues and the unexpected pop-up stages in cool and cosy book stores, galleries, cafés and vintage shops. The festival’s music menu covers the whole wide spectrum of the best that the region has to offer: from folk and indie to jazz and punk, from classical music to metal and anything in between.
All of this is available with a festival pass that welcomes you to around 20 of the town’s most happening locations, filled with exhilarated young crowds and friendly locals.
“Scandinavia has long been the source of some the most interesting new music around. As acts such as Sigur Rós and Ane Brun have moved into the mainstream, maybe it's now time to set our sights on the Baltic states. The Estonian capital seems to feature all sorts of art in the most unexpected places. As one promoter visiting the festival put it: "I think Tallinn can be the next Reykjavik – there's enough craziness here."
