Estonian National Library has a long-standing tradition of using exhibitions for introducing its collections, Estonian cultural heritage at home and abroad, as well as other cultures in Estonia.

The five galleries that offer versatile possibilities for organizing exhibitions are located on the various floors of the building – Main Exhibition Hall, Foyer Gallery, Rare Books Exhibition Hall, and Gallery and Exhibition Hall on the fifth floor.

Permanent exhibitions include the Eduard Wiiralt Gallery, the Estonian State Decorations Gallery and an exhibition on the history of Estonian National Library. Additionally, works by many Estonian artists are displayed throughout the library.
