One of the biggest bird watching towers in Estonia, completed in 2000. In spring and autumn one can see thousands of migrating birds stopping to have a rest in Käina Bay. In the seminar room on the ground floor there is an exhibition of the life in Käina Bay and there is also a possibility to rent binoculars.
