Kaks Kokka is the younger brother of Restaurant Ö. The diner is led by two head chefs from Saaremaa, Ranno Paukson and Martin Meikas; this place is worth keeping in mind. Kaks Kokka is a place that is always changing and is never exactly the same. The character of Kaks Kokka is not defined by state borders or compass directions – everything is based on excellent, fresh and mostly Estonian ingredients.

It looks like a modern restaurant without too much decoration, which I like. We had a booking which is probably recommended since soon after we arrived about all seats were taken. Friendly service...
The service in the restaurant is very friendly and they created for my son a special ICE-Tea. My menu was a fish with fresh made sauce and backet potatoes with creme cheese. It was awesome!
Really fantastic and delicious food and super-friendly staff! The dinner we had was really gorgeous!
