In Restaurant Ö we attempt to discover modern Estonian cuisine for ourselves and our clients. For us – cooking is an extremely exciting challenge in which the traditional local raw materials and experimenting with a novel approach play an important role. Our main task is to show our clients the richness of and the possibilities offered by the food in our region – to create the tastes and designs of our dishes based on our own view. The view that we have proudly called Modern Estonian Cuisine.
