Menu at Ribe, which was established in the Vene Street in 2007, is characterised by fresh, seasonal and mainly local ingredients. The flavours and techniques of the European cuisine naturally also play an important role. The head chef of the restaurant is Radoslav Mitro.
Ribe has consistently been nominated as one of the top 50 restaurants in the country, in recent years ranking close to the top of the list.
Ribe has an open, spacious dining hall upstairs and a smaller and more private dining hall downstairs. A terrace is open in the summer.
Although it was hard to get a proper table at the backside of the restaurant it was possibe to get a table with high chairs on the front. The waiters were quite friendly but the are all too busy so...
this is fantastic! really outstanding classy creative tasty plates. very cosy and informally elegant aesthetics downstairs. We loved it all the way.
Mediterranian kitchen with local touch. Tasty and nicely served. Very good selection of wines, some of very exotic ones. Very good service.
