Head chef Angelica Udeküll takes care that the a la carte restaurant Wicca would have a menu which values locally caught fresh fish, free range meat and poultry and Estonian-grown fruit and vegetables. Added to this are the special ingredients found in the surrounding forests, which lend the dishes an air of mystery and added zing!
The menu of Wicca includes dishes as diverse as spinach-filled nettle ravioli and spruce needle-marinated duck breast. Almost all of our dishes are served with a garnish of simple Estonian flowers.
Restaurant Wicca has been nominated one of the best 50 restaurants in Estonia for the past several years.
