Roosoja farm

Roosoja farm has a young rosarium; the first roses were planted in 2011.

Since then, a great number of varieties have been added. This is primarily a collection of  roses created to test the durability and flowering capacity of different varieties in our climate.

Mostly, the garden includes strong park roses that can endure frosts but there are also a number of cover roses, floribundas, English roses and rose bushes.

As at autumn 2013, a total of 200 different varieties and over 500 cuttings have been planted.

Good to know: the farm also grows rose plants that you can buy and plant in your own garden.
