Cooking meat over open fire started at Sam's Grill (Sämmi Grill) in Mäo already in 1998, and it is now also performed in Haljala. When preparing the menu, we tried to combine the characteristic Estonian ways of preparing meat with flavours from all over the world.
When seasoning the meat, we do not aim for authenticity – this is not a goal in itself; instead, we want to offer a wide variety of dishes. We hope that you experience new flavours and interesting ideas for trying out at home later.
