The AHHAA Science Centre is the largest of its kind in the Baltics and can also serve as a venue for seminars, conferences and even gala receptions for up to 1,000 people. The "Lektoorium" conference room accommodates 150 people and has an interpretation booth. We also have two other conference rooms for 38-50 people. Receptions can be held in the Gala Hall or in the entire centre, if necessary.
Catering is available from Café Newton located in the AHHAA Centre.
As a bonus, conference participants can view AHHAA's exhibitions at a reduced rate. We also offer workshops, scientific theatre performances and tickets to the planetarium.

Getting there

Science Centre AHHAA is located in Sadama 1, Tartu. Arriving by car: from the direction of Tallinn (Riia street), turn left after McDonald's; from the direction of Võru (Turu street) turn right before the Zeppelin shopping centre. Arriving by bus: the bus station is just around the corner. The closest city bus stops are "Ahhaa" (lines 9 and 25), "Aura veekeskus" (lines 3, 6, 7, 11 and 12), "Soola I" (lines 6, 7, 13 and 21), "Soola II" (line 5) and "Kesklinn" (lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 11, 12 and 25). I really liked that place and the new exhibition about dinosaurs, but also it was kind of boring. This place is great for younger kids.

Wonderful experience in this science museum

This was 4th time I was in AHHAA, this time with 4 teen and preteen girls. Wide variety of activities, everybody was engaged, happy and full of fun. Would recommend to anyone with kids aged 4-18, but...
