Spicing up the kitchen - new takes on traditional Estonian cuisine

Time and tide have shaped the way Estonians eat over the centuries, but certain things remain unchanged to this day: potatoes, herring and pork are as much staples of the local diet today as they have always been. During this hands-on workshop you will be guided by a masterchef in preparing new takes on Estonian favourites - meat, fish and vegetarian dishes - and finding the best wines to accompany them. The workshop is available for groups starting from 7 people.
