SUP or Stand Up Paddle Board
What is it?
This is a special board with which you can move on water standing up, on your hands and knees or lying on your stomach, using paddles or your hands.
As this equipment is expensive, you can try SUP only in two places in Estonia at the moment: one place by the sea and the other by us, in the Kiidjärve-Taevaskoja recreational area in Põlvamaa.
With SUP you'll get an entirely different experience of the picturesque nature of Ahja River, as you would by canoeing, kayaking or rowing.
SUP is suitable for both beginners and advanced paddlers.
