The Archaeology Museum showcases the ancient history of Estonia based on the largest archaeological collections and archive materials.

You can see the tools, everyday items, weapons and adornments used by the first inhabitants of the Estonian area as well as two reconstruction models of Stone Age funerals. You have a chance to take a look at bronze, iron and silver items found in Estonia.

Good to know: The museum is open upon prior arrangement and accompanied by a tour guide only. The tours are in Estonian, Russian, English, German and Latvian on two subjects: Ancient History of Estonia (1 to 1.5 hours) and Hidden Treasures Found in Estonia (1 hour).
