Restaurant 180° by Matthias Diether

180° was created by the two Michelin star chef Matthias Diether and his dedicated crew. ‘The food we make must speak for itself. This means that the real stars of our dishes are the raw ingredients – without any excessive additions,’ Matthias said about his principles. The fine-dining restaurant is located in the historic Noblessner Harbour. It boasts a wonderful view of the sea, has an open kitchen, an elegant menu, and offers aesthetic pleasure in addition to an unforgettable gastronomic experience. Fotografiska Restaurant & Rooftop Garden

Restaurant Fotografiska works on a zero-waste basis. We use inventive ways in cooking – we don't waste ingredients or create waste. Everything from the flower to the root or from the nose to the tail can be used – both in the kitchen and bar. Restaurant Tuljak

Restaurant Tuljak is once again open after a 50-year hiatus! This is the first time that the best Soviet architecture, designed and built in the 1960's, has been renovated so extensively, creating a very stylish restaurant. Its large terrace, the greenery surrounding it, its pool and ice cream stand have been restored close to the original as well. The menu of the restaurant features some more familiar dishes such as herring with bonfire potatos or curd pancakes, but also newer flavours such as Oriental noodle soup. Each dish is a flavour experience and a combination of the classics and modern. The dining room and terrace accommodate up to 300 people.

MOON is a tricky word. In English, it means the Moon; however, when pronounced the Estonian way [mɔːn], it stands for a beautiful red flower (poppy). A few years ago, Roman and Igor decided to toss their tall white chef's hats in the corner and go back to their roots, and thus, restaurant Moon was born. Barbarea is a restaurant and natural wine bar in Kopli, located in the old Põhjala Factory.When Bakery Karjase sai closes its doors in the afternoon, it opens them as Barbarea. The entire menu is inspired by different parts of the world, and the dishes are meant to be shared so that the whole experience can be enjoyed with others. Half of the menu consists of pizzas, whose dough we make from Estonian and Italian flours, and bake in a Gianni Acunto wood-fired oven. We care about high-quality raw materials, so we work with local farmers and other small organic producers on a daily basis to ensure that we always have fresh raw ingredients.
