Tracing the footsteps of Kalevipoeg I

This one-day trip introduces places in Lääne Viru, Jõgeva and Tartu Counties related to the Estonian national hero Kalevipoeg.

During the trip, we will sing archaic songs in Kalevala rhymes from the times of Kalevipoeg, as well as excerpts from our national epic. Through this, our seven senses will feel the special and ancient nature of these places. Ancient songs, rhythms and sounds help us become one with the bygone times of these locations so we can build a bridge to the Golden Era of our ancestors.

The trip lasts 14 hours; the price includes the use of a bus, guide's services and entrance fee to the Kalevipoeg museum.

For an extra fee, you can order catering; alternatively, bring along your own provisions.
