Tracing the footsteps of Kalevipoeg II

This day-trip introduces the natural spots in Harju, Lääne-Viru, Jõgeva and Tartu Counties that are related to the hero of Estonian national epic, Kalevipoeg.

In order to feel the special and ancient nature of these places that are hidden from a regular tourist, we will make several stops to sing archaic Kalevala rhymes and passages from our national epic accompanied by a zither, establish a bridge to the Golden Age of our ancestors, and become one with the bygone times of these places through archaic rhythms and sounds.

The trip lasts about 14 hours; the price includes transport by bus, guide services and entrance fee to the Kalevipoja museum.

Order catering for an extra fee, or take along your own packed meal.
